(symbol HPS.a) and the substitutional listing for Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited (symbol HMM.A). The record date will be Friday, January 12, 2001. Accordingly we expect both listings will be effective at the opening of trading on the TSE on Wednesday, January 10, 2001.
