| GUELPH, ONTARIO - March 3, 2003 – Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited is pleased to announce a declaration of dividend payment to all shareholders of Class A and Class B shares as of the record date March 17, 2003, of $.02 (two cents) per share to be payable on March 31, 2003.
Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical products industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors and electronic transformers. |
